Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer of car care products with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in producing lubricants, refrigerant gases, car cleaners, polish sprays, and other maintenance products.

              

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It is approximately 30 minutes from Baiyun International Airport. If you'd like to visit, here are some ways:

1. We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.

2. You can come by taxi.

3. Take metro Line 3 to Longgui Station, then exit from Gate B2. We will meet you there.

 

Q: Can you create custom brands and designs? Is there an extra cost?

A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. We can create custom brands and designs without any additional charge. You can send us your design files in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or simply share your ideas, and our designers will work on it for you.

 

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For our own GL brand and packaging, there is no MOQ requirement.

For private brands and custom designs, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

 

Q: Is it possible to get free samples? How can I receive them?

A: Yes, we offer up to 5 free samples. However, due to the hazardous nature of the product, courier companies cannot normally ship them. New customers must cover the shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total order amount when placed. It’s recommended to send the payment via Western Union for security and speed. Once we receive the payment, we’ll ship the samples via TNT, DHL, or EMS, and it should arrive within 5–7 days.

 

Q: How long does production take?

A: It takes approximately 25–30 days for one 20ft container.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are as follows:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
