The production sections and the functional team system were linked to spur high yields. In order to ensure the on-site distribution efficiency of parts and components, production plan personnel and equipment maintenance personnel make full use of equipment maintenance and production line replacement shifts, overtime and overhaul equipment, improve maintenance efficiency, and ensure normal operation of equipment. The craftsman comprehensively combed the cutting parameters of the cutting tools, and optimized the cutting parameters in advance, and used the equipment maintenance to modify the tool parameters in place. At the same time, the heavy machine department also optimized and integrated the whole line measuring tools in advance. For some processes that require universal measuring tools, a dedicated measuring tool is used instead. The quality inspectors strictly monitor the product quality and improve the detection efficiency. The quality control personnel strengthened the on-site quality control and did a good job of connecting with the Quality Assurance Department and the Purchasing Department to fully cooperate with the smooth implementation of the long oil change period project.

The Xichai Purchasing Department also moves the relevant parts and components to the reserve plan as quickly as possible. It also conducts a weekly spot inspection of parts and components, combs out the production of tight parts every day, and rolls up and checks suppliers' production capacity upgrades.
