The S series pumps are single-stage, double-suction, horizontal split case pumps that are well-suited for large-scale water transfer. They are available in 43 different sizes, ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge diameters, with capacities up to 4,000 cubic meters per hour and heads up to 160 meters. These pumps are designed for easy maintenance, as major wear components can be accessed and replaced quickly without removing the suction or discharge piping. This feature significantly reduces downtime and maintenance costs.
Design & Construction
Featuring a horizontal, vertical-axis medium open-type double pump shell structure, these pumps are equipped with linings made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. The high-efficiency hard alloy impeller ensures minimal NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) and optimal performance under various operating conditions. The bearing parts are designed with a compact structure, high load capacity, and use alloy grease lubrication for long-lasting operation.
Sealing Options
These pumps come with multiple sealing options, including packing seals, impeller seals, and container-type mechanical seals, allowing them to adapt to different operating requirements. The pump and drive system can be configured with straight-line transmission, triangular coupling, hydraulic transmission devices, or reducer drives, depending on the application needs.
