Oxygen car daily maintenance

It is believed that for the ground personnel engaged in the civil aviation industry, it is no stranger to oxygen-filled vehicles, one of the special vehicles for civil aviation. With the rapid development of China's civil aviation market, civil aviation services are increasingly demanding. For oxygen storage of oxygen storage equipment for aircrafts before flight, there is an irresistible responsibility for oxygenating vehicles. In order to ensure the good state of daily oxygenation of oxygenated vehicles, the daily maintenance of oxygenated vehicles must be meticulous. The following is a summary of daily maintenance points of oxygen-filled vehicles based on civil aviation maintenance requirements.

First, it is not necessary to carry out large-scale action dismantling inspections for oxygen-filled vehicles that have only been engaged in oxygenation for half a year. After half a year, check the parts of the oxygenator for signs of corrosion. The traces of rust that appear should be polished in time, and soaked and wiped with rust-prevention solution before loading. If the oxygen-filled vehicle is not used for more than half a year, it may be exempted from re-inspection after it has run through the oxygen generator.

Second, for oxygen safety car safety valve, use six months of regular inspection. The qualified safety gate valve cannot be dismantled and sealed during the period.

7. Even if oxygen-filled vehicles are decommissioned, the idle performance test of the oxygen generators should be done to detect whether they are rusty. And in addition to oxygen storage valve, all kinds of remaining valves should remain open during the period of use, otherwise it may cause valve damage.
