Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -We prefer 100% advance payment.

-Orders under USD10,000 must be fully paid in advance.

-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most orders.

-L/C with terms less than 60 days may be acceptable after negotiation.

-L/C with over 60 days terms will not be accepted.

-D/P at sight may be acceptable after negotiation.

-D/A and O/A are generally not accepted.

-Partial payments are negotiable, but typically require at least 30% advance payment, with the balance due before shipment.

Q: What is the lead time for orders?
A: -Typically 45-60 days, depending on order quantity and production schedule.

-Lead time is calculated from the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment as agreed in the contract.

-Rush orders may be fulfilled within 30 days, subject to final approval.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value is USD2,000.

-Orders below USD2,000 may be accepted after negotiation.

-Sample orders are an exception.
