Ultra-speed
With an optimized weaving structure, a well-built beating system, and a high-level weft insertion system, the YC9000 series ultra-speed air jet loom effectively combines high-speed performance with lower energy consumption. It uses German digital chip processor technology and jointly innovates the Intelligent Navigating System with BGR Shanghai, fully upgrading its weaving technology and stepping into a modern intelligent era full of success.
Energy Saving
The YC9000 series employs a fast evaluation method in electric design, achieving high-precision and high-speed control of solenoid valves. This reduces nozzle spray delay, shortens air delivery length, and lowers air consumption. The use of the latest energy-saving reed, energy-saving nozzles, and a German voltage-regulating system optimizes the entire factory's air delivery design and accurately controls debugging parameters. As a result, air delivery is reduced from 1.2-0.8 cubic meters per minute to 0.8-0.5 cubic meters per minute, resulting in a 40% energy saving, leaving all domestic competitors behind.
