Electromagnetic flowmeter selection what issues?

Electromagnetic flowmeter selection what issues? Here we briefly introduce.
1. Accuracy grades The accuracy class and the maximum allowable error of the flowmeter within the specified flow range should meet the requirements of Table 1. Flowmeter error indicates the use of relative indication error.
2. Citation error Citation error can also be used for flowmeter error indication used for instantaneous flow indication. The maximum allowable error series should meet the requirements in Table 1. The accuracy of the test results is no longer given in the bid, but the use of its maximum allowable. The error is expressed, and FS should also be marked after the maximum allowable error, such as ±0.5% FS.
3. Error indication method and selection principle In one test of a flowmeter, the flowmeter error indication method should be given in terms of one of the accuracy level and citation error; for the use of relative indication error and reference error combination In the error flowmeter, one method should also be used to represent the error in one verification.
4. Repeatability of repeatable flowmeters shall not exceed 1/3 of the absolute value of the maximum allowable error specified by the corresponding accuracy level.

Airless Spray Gun
This process occurs when paint is applied to an object through the use of an air-pressurized Spray Gun. The Sprayer Gun has a nozzle, paint basin, and air compressor. When the trigger is pressed the paint mixes with the compressed air stream and is released in a fine spray.

Types of nozzles and sprays
Due to a wide range of nozzle shapes and sizes, the consistency of the paint can be varied. The shape of the workpiece and the desired paint consistency and pattern are important factors when choosing a nozzle. The three most common nozzles are the full cone, hollow cone, and flat stream. There are two types of air-gun spraying processes. In a manual operation method the air-gun sprayer is held by a skilled operator, about 6 to 10 inches (15–25 cm) from the object, and moved back and forth over the surface, each stroke overlapping the previous to ensure a continuous coat.In an automatic process the gun head is attached to a mounting block and delivers the stream of paint from that position. The object being painted is usually placed on rollers or a turntable to ensure overall equal coverage of all sides.
