The notice clearly states that the driver applying for the taxi service shall provide relevant certification or commitment materials to the taxi administrative department at the place where the service is located. The administrative departments of taxis around the country will provide information on the licensees of taxi drivers to the public security organs at the same level. The public security organs check the change of the background information of the licensed drivers on a quarterly basis, and find that there are traffic accidents, dangerous driving crime records, drug abuse records, drinking driving records, and violent crime records. There are three consecutive scoring cycles. The driver who recorded the 12-point record and other conditions shall promptly report the relevant information to the administrative department of the taxi, and the administrative department of the taxi shall revoke the relevant driver's qualification certificate and announce the invalidation. Information on relevant traffic violations and liability accidents shall be recorded in the annual service quality assessment files of enterprises and drivers.
The notice requires that under the premise of ensuring safety, the taxi driver's information system and the public security organ's population information, vehicle driver's illegal record information, and violent crime information will be shared by Unicom, and information online verification will be promoted, and post-event supervision will be strengthened.
