Product Description

The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump that plays a key role in low and medium vacuum systems. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other vacuum pumps, mechanical boosters, and turbo molecular pumps. This type of pump is designed to handle air and dry gases only, not corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. It also cannot process gases with small particles or dust.

The XD series is suitable for long-term operation in well-ventilated environments with ambient temperatures ranging from 5°C to 30°C and humidity below 80%. In addition to the standard applications, it can be adapted for various specialized uses:

1. Combine with Roots pumps to increase pumping capacity and improve vacuum levels.
2. Install a condenser before the pump if dealing with moist or condensable gases, along with a gas ballast valve.
3. Add dust filters in front of the pump when handling gases with particulates.
4. Use corrosion-resistant gas filters when pumping corrosive gases.
