Product Description

The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, commonly used in low and medium vacuum applications. It can be used as a standalone unit or as a forepump for other vacuum pumps such as mechanical booster pumps and turbo molecular pumps.

These pumps are ideal for pumping air and dry gases but are not suitable for corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They also cannot handle gases containing dust or small particles.

Designed for long-term operation in well-ventilated environments with temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and humidity below 80%, the XD series offers versatile applications:

• Combine with Roots pumps to enhance pumping capacity and vacuum level.
• Install a condenser and gas ballast valve when handling moist or condensable gases.
• Use dust filters if pumping dusty or particulate-laden gases.
• Install corrosion-resistant filters for use with corrosive gases.
