Yuchai Group builds a powerful supporting industrial park in Bobai County

On June 7, 2011, Yu Ping, Chairman of Yuchai Group’s Board of Directors, visited the urban area of ​​Bobai County to investigate the development and construction projects of Yuchai Supporting Industrial Park and the integration of vocational education resources.

The Yuchai supporting industrial park development and construction project is located in Chengdong Industrial Concentration Zone of Bobai County, covering an area of ​​7,350 mu. The planned total investment is about RMB 7 billion, which is divided into three phases. The industrial park integrates production, market, warehousing, commercial and residential, culture and education. The "eight functions" of financing, trading, and ecology are integrated. At present, some standard factory buildings and office buildings in supporting industrial parks will be completed soon.

The vocational education resources integration project is a vocational education project jointly established by Yuchai Education Investment Co., Ltd. and Bobai County Vocational Secondary Vocational School. This project will strictly follow the vocational education requirements of the autonomous region and carry out teaching activities centering on the talent needs of Yuchai’s development. It will effectively integrate educational resources of Yuchai Vocational and Technical School and Bobai County Vocational School, and will provide talent protection for the development of Yuchai.

It is reported that the cooperation agreement for these two projects was signed on May 6 at the signing ceremony of the “Great Investment Promotion and Merchants Business” held in Bobai County. The preparation and construction of the project are currently under way.

Yu Ping said that the Yuchai supporting industrial park settled in the Bobai Chengdong Industrial Zone is Yuchai’s “12th Five-Year Plan” and a longer period of development needs, and is a strong support for Yuchai’s efforts to create a 100 billion enterprise.
