It is understood that the current capacity of CNHTC Hangfa Factory will reach 300 units per day, and the Zhangqiu Plant will be able to reach 400 units per day. There is no problem to meet the demand of the State III engine.

In addition, from June onwards, Sinotruk will implement a series of promotional activities around the implementation of the State III product switch, including product tour, business training and family service. Ensuring that there are sufficient EGR engine parts is also one of the main tasks of heavy duty vehicles. After July 1st, CNHTC will take effective measures to ensure that the major spare parts centers have sufficient reserves.

Shaanxi Auto: The National Opportunity III Upgrade

Recently, the reporter learned that at the time of the switch between State II and State III, Shaanxi Automobile upgraded its truck products from the following five aspects. The first is a comprehensive upgrade of engine technology. At present, the engine of the Shaanxi Automobile Country III vehicle assembly is mainly Weichai and Cummins. Secondly, the vehicle matching technology is upgraded to form a fuel-saving heavy truck, natural gas heavy truck, and lightweight heavy truck by matching the entire vehicle. According to reports, Shaanxi Auto has already mastered the technology to meet the toll-by-weight and national III emission standards. After three years of research and development, Shaanxi Steam Vehicle III Heavy Duty Truck has passed over 80,000 hours of assembly bench tests, completed vehicle calibration environmental tests in high-temperature hot zone and alpine zone, and formed mass production; Phase II of the relative country, vehicle and zero The components have added 15 processes in quality control and inspection to improve the reliability and safety of vehicles.

At the same time, compared to the same power of the National II model, the National III model has improved both in transmission grade and output torque; matching the Hande Axle and MAN single-stage drive axles makes the vehicle more economical and fuel efficient. In terms of service guarantee, Shaanxi Auto has put in nearly 700 sets of fault diagnosis equipment, and has already placed 500 million yuan of spare parts and wearing parts on the market. With the use of a GPS system, the Shaanxi Auto Call Center has been able to dynamically dispatch, direct and monitor 1,100 rescue service vehicles.

At present, the Shaanxi Automobile III product announcement has covered more than 1,000 models that are mainly sold in the market, and the lightweight 6×2 double-axle tractors have been announced by the State III; the State III dump trucks have covered 4.8 to 8.5 meters in the back of the car, 9- 9.4m car rollover models; mixer car 8 ~ 12m model announcements have been released.
