The prospectus shows that the company intends to issue 97 million shares, with a total share capital of 387 million shares after issuance, and is planned to be listed on the SSE. The first venture securities will be its underwriters.
The company is engaged in the production and sales of coke and other coking products and methanol. The raised funds are intended to invest 300,000 tons/year of coal tar deep-processing projects and other working capital related to the main business.
