Second, the diaphragm pressure gauge structure principle

When the rigidity of the diaphragm is small enough, it is also very small, and the pressure gauge pressure measuring system forms a pressure close to the pressure of the measuring medium.
Third, the diaphragm pressure gauge installation precautions:
1. Take pressure position selection (1) Avoid areas where the piping is bent, branches, and streams form vortices.
(2) When there are protruding objects (such as temperature measuring elements) in the pipeline, the pressure tap should be taken in front of it.
(3) When pressure must be taken in the vicinity of the regulating valve, if the pressure is taken in front of it, the distance from the valve should not be less than 2 times the pipe diameter; if the pressure is taken after that, the distance from the valve should not be less than 3 times. Pipe diameter.
(4) For a wide container, the pressure tap should be in an area where the fluid flow is smooth and vortexless. In short, the position of the pressure tap determined on the process flow should be able to ensure that the selected process parameters are measured.
2. Connection of catheters
The horizontal section of the connecting conduit should have a certain slope to facilitate the removal of condensed liquids or gases. When the measured medium is a gas, the catheter should be tilted to the direction of the pressure inlet; when the measured medium is a liquid, the catheter should be tilted to the direction of the pressure measuring instrument; when the measured parameter is a small differential pressure, the tilt The degree can be slightly larger. In addition, if the pipe is in the upper and lower corners, the drainage condensate device should be installed at the lowest point or the exhaust device should be installed at the highest point according to the medium in the pipe, so as to ensure that the condensation will not accumulate in the pipe for a long time.
