Hande Axle Carries out "My Customers" Recognition and Understanding Activities

Recently, the “My customers” identification and understanding activities carried out by the trade unions of Hande companies have been carried out in all units of the German company.

The event began at the end of March and ended at the end of June. It lasted 3 months. In order to do a good job of this work, the Hande company's trade union actively organized and formulated a detailed work plan. At the end of March, the Handee Company's trade unions carried out the identification of “my customers” throughout the company in the form of questionnaires, which enabled the company's various units, teams, and processes to fully understand their customers and form a customer list. In April and May, Hande will organize various units, teams and employees to discuss with customers to fully understand and master customer needs. At the same time, combined with the "my customer" identification survey results in March to form a customer demand details, and urge all units, each team and each process staff to do service work according to customer needs. In order to verify the effectiveness of the activities and summarize the gains and losses, in June, the Handee Company's trade unions will conduct customer satisfaction surveys for all units and report the customer satisfaction survey reports to the group company's trade union in a timely manner.
