How to operate the sticky tape testing machine? Some customers do not know how to operate after purchasing the adhesive tape tack tester. The details of the operation method of the tape tack tester are as follows:

1. Use a spirit level to fix the ball device horizontally on the test bench. Incline the face to take the standard angle of 30°. If necessary, you can also take 20° or 40°.

2. At the lower end of the test piece, use the positioning adhesive tape or weight respectively to fix the test piece in the specified position with the adhesive facing up. When fixing, do not make it warp or bulge. If there is a bulge in the edge part, it is necessary to fix this part on the inclined surface with another adhesive tape.

3. To keep the length of the roll-up section constant at 100mm, adjust the center of the ball to the starting position of the ball according to the size of the ball.

4. Save the ball in the rust inhibitor, remove it with tweezers, and then clean the test ball cleaning method. After cleaning, place it in the starting position and allow the ball to roll off the roll section.

5. Test the cleaning of the ball, test the surface of the ball, and scrub with a solvent-stained gauze-like material. After the surface has dried, wipe it with a new clean gauze soaked in solvent until it is considered visually clean.

Note:

1) Fabrics such as gauze, non-woven fabric, etc. that do not fall off when scrubbed, and contain no solvent-soluble substance.

2) Industrial-grade solvents such as naphthenes, solvent oils, alcohols, isopropanol, toluene, etc., or with no residue.

1) Adjust the starting position, use different sizes of balls, repeat ball cleaning, rolling, and a series of operations to pick out the largest ones from the various balls that stopped in the determination section (the ball does not move more than 5 s).

2) Take out the largest ball found in the same test piece and the two balls with the same size as the ball number. Perform a test on the same sample to confirm the ball with the largest ball number.

3) Before rolling out the largest ball, it may be possible to roll on the same sheet several times, but it cannot be treated as a formal test data.

7, formal test

1) Take three test specimens and perform a ball test with the largest ball number.

2) If a sample fails to stick to the ball, it can be replaced with a ball whose ball number is smaller than its one test. If it still does not stick, it must be retested according to 7.2.6 to 7.2.7.

8, sticky tester test results

The test result is expressed as the median (ball number) of the steel ball number of the results of the three test ball rolling tests at the time of the formal test.
