How to deal with these sludges safely and rationally and eliminate the stumbling blocks of the development of traditional paper industry? After selecting the project, the county began organizing expert demonstrations in the second half of 2011, and the development and reform commission initiated the project, and reported it level by level. The project was reviewed by the National Development and Reform Commission in June 2012 and entered the construction phase. The project has a total investment of 67.78 million yuan and covers an area of ​​23 acres. It is located on the west side of Dalangying Town sewage treatment plant where papermaking enterprises are concentrated. It is estimated that the daily processing sludge will be 3,500 square meters and the annual output will be 39.6 million square meters of cardboard. More than six months of intense construction, the first phase of the plant and workshop was completed in the spring and the equipment was quickly installed.

Now, the four plate-making machines of the project keep running, and 50 workers work day and night. “In order to eliminate these sludges as soon as possible, we do not dare delay one day.” Chen Muzheng, chairman of the company, said that other plate-making machines are being installed and commissioned and it is expected that by the end of June, the first 20 plate-making machines will be put into operation. By June next year, the second phase of 20 plate makers will also be put into production. By then, not only the sludge produced by the sewage treatment plant, but also other township paper mill sludge will become waste and become widely used fiberboard.
