First of all, it can be clearly stated that the sudden engine stall of a sealed garbage truck is usually due to two reasons, namely the ignition system and the fuel supply system.

1 When the sealed garbage truck is in operation, when the engine has a flameout sign, first pull the choke valve (causing the choke valve to close slightly). If the situation improves, the garbage truck can continue to travel for a certain distance before gradually extinguishing. Fuel supply circuit failure. If the garbage truck is running, the engine suddenly shuts off, and dragging the damper will not help. This is due to a circuit failure.

2 If the sealed garbage truck has violent vibrations on uneven roads, the engine suddenly shuts off, and the drag throttles do not improve. At this time, horns or headlights should be tested. If the horn sound becomes low or the headlights are weak, it may be that the battery post wires are loose due to vibration; if the horn sound and headlight brightness are normal, check whether the high-voltage distribution wires are released due to vibration.

diagnosis method:

Turn on the ignition switch and start the starter. If the current meter pointer does not move, the power supply is faulty. In this case, check whether the pole wiring of the garbage truck battery is detached; if there is any interruption in the wire. If the current meter pointer indicates 3-5A, and the gap is swinging, it means that the low voltage circuit is normal (otherwise the low voltage circuit should be checked), then drag the throttle, step on the throttle, and start the test:

(1) No initiation sign

If the starter is working properly and the exhaust pipe is silent, check:

1 Remove the air filter and repeatedly step on the throttle (throttle) to see if the carburetor accelerates (nozzle) injection. If the fuel is injected, it is mostly a circuit failure. If it is not, it is an oil circuit failure. The most common problems in the oil circuit fault are the low level of the carburetor oil level, the blockage of the main volume hole, the malfunction of the gas pump, and the phenomenon of air leakage.

2 If you suspect that the garbage truck circuit is faulty, you should follow the above method to find the fault of the ignition circuit.

(2) There are initiation signs

Look for the cause from the point of too early ignition, too little mixture, and valve leakage.
