[China Instrument Network Instrument Conference] From July 5th to 6th, 2016, the third standard working group meeting of “Intelligent Product Terminology and General Technical Requirements Standards Research and Experimental Verification†was held in Shenyang. Thirteen experts from Tsinghua University, the National Machine Tool Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the researchers of the Standard Working Group attended the meeting. The Institute of Mechanical Industrial Instrumentation Research (hereinafter referred to as the "Illian Institute") participated in the conference: Prof. Song Yanyan, Deputy Director Liu Gang, Senior Engineer Wu Yaping, Dr. Fang Yifang, and Engineer Du Mengxin.
At the meeting, Professor Song Yanyan first introduced the progress of the meeting's arrangements and the work of the Standards Working Group. Dr. Fang Yifang and Shen Zisuo Li Shichao's engineers respectively reported the contents of the drafts of the three draft standards including “Intelligent Product Terms and Definitionsâ€, “General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Products†and “General Technical Requirements for Smart Products Intelligent Control Systemâ€. Wu Yaping Senior Engineer Reported the design of the standard test verification platform.
After discussion, the participating experts believed that the terms of "intelligent product type" in the "terms and definitions" standard should be further refined, and be well connected with the "general technical requirements" standard text and appendix, as well as the "smart control system technical requirements" and " General technical requirements "convergence of two standards. In addition, experts at the meeting proposed to further improve the verification platform design, and use robots, smart meters, and other typical smart products as standard verification research objects.
Finally, the meeting decided to complete the revision of the preliminary draft standard by early August.
