Failure analysis:

The host does not start Check if the power cord is connected Check that the power cord is connected correctly and securely.

Solution:

1) The switching power supply is working properly. Measure the voltage at each output point of the switching power supply

2) The host starts but does not operate. Check whether the sensor connector is connected and whether there is a force value display. Connect the sensor connector and reconnect the sensor connector.

3) Whether the communication line between the computer and the host computer is in poor contact with the center of gravity of the communication line

4) Panasonic servo system has no error message If Error is displayed, the servo system error, restart the host

5) The force parameter is not accurate. The initialization parameter of the force sensor is called. Correctly recall the initialization parameter that is consistent with the sensor.

6) The force calibration parameter has been modified to recalibrate the force value

7) The computer displays "overload" or the force value cannot be zeroed. The sensor connector is fully connected. Reinserted sensor

8) The force parameter has been modified to recalibrate the force value.
