The XML6103J13N passenger bus ordered by Chengdu Bus Airport Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. is a natural gas-powered passenger car independently developed by Golden Brigade . Based on the original 6103, the model replaced the Yuchai YC6G260N-30 natural gas engine and storage gas cylinder and control system.
In order to meet the further cruising distance, the vehicle is equipped with 9 CNG cylinders. Unlike general CNG passenger cars, Golden Brigade 's XML6103J13N passenger car is designed to increase the number of natural gas cylinders as much as possible, integrates the overall layout of the vehicle, and uses a non-independent top-mounted short-width air conditioner at the top, which effectively saves space occupied by air conditioning and makes the top front end. Seven natural gas cylinders can be arranged to improve the distribution of front and rear axle loads. At the same time, two natural gas cylinders are arranged in the luggage compartment. The total gas storage capacity of the gas system reaches 720L (water volume), and the cruising range can exceed 550 kilometers.
It is reported that the first batch of 10 CNG buses have been put into operation at Shuangliu Airport in Chengdu, Sichuan, and have been widely acclaimed in the preliminary services. The remaining 5 vehicles have also completed testing and sent to Sichuan.
