Pipeline pumps are the most commonly used equipment in current oil delivery systems. However, the biggest problem is that it has a low suction range and is prone to produce air resistance. The oil tank zero tank is a horizontal tank buried in the ground, and the pipeline pump is installed on the ground pipeline. When negative pressure inhalation transports oil, the pipeline is under negative pressure. When the remaining pressure at a certain point in the pipeline is less than the saturated vapor pressure at the operating temperature of the oil, the oil will be vaporized in large quantities, causing discontinuous flow or interruption. This is the phenomenon of air resistance. Once the air resistance occurs, the entire oil delivery system cannot work properly. For this purpose, a vacuum system must be installed. The Green brand submersible pump immerses the pump body in the bottom of the tank and directly pressurizes the impeller through the oil to push the oil product to the target oil reservoir to achieve oil delivery or zero tank transfer to the vertical tank. The motor and bearing problems have been effectively solved, so that the submersible pump does not require maintenance and the failure rate is extremely low. The service life is up to ten years and the warranty period is three years.
