The Tibet Autonomous Regional Environmental Protection Working Conference, held in Lhasa on the 9th, announced a comprehensive campaign to combat "white pollution" across the region this year. As a result, "white pollution" has become one of the main sources of environmental degradation in certain areas of the region.
